Finance Data Processing Clerk – Full-Time Position
Key duties include:
Previous experience of working in a similar role is preferable. Candidates should have some office/finance experience to be considered. You should be comfortable learning new systems and have good I.T skills. Most importantly you should be numerate and have good attention to detail.
Hours of work are 9am to 5pm with 1-hour for lunch. Competitive salary plus private medical, pension and bonus scheme.

KC Group Shipping Limited are one of Scotland's leading independent multi-modal logistics providers, we currently have a position available within our Export Logistics Operations Department, working closely with a team leader the successful candidate will provide logistics solutions within our agency network to local and global existing client base.
The candidate will oversee and ensure efficient and safe operation of containerised logistics activity, maximizing use of appropriate systems and resources to fulfil customer bookings and ensure all key performance indicator targets are met. Maintain a close working relationship with both the customer and operations team to secure new business and retain current business flows. Responsible for participating in a team to ensure that customer service excellent, efficiency, and KPI targets are delivered.
Key accountability areas:
1. Responsible for organisation of daily container bookings, shipping, and documentation procedures.
2. Processing/Responding to all general enquiries from client's, supplier's and overseas offices.
3. Delivering excellent customer service and maintaining KPI's set by team leaders.
4. Reporting and resolving of any operational challenges / non-conformance.
Experience in International Logistics provides a benefit however is not a necessity, full training will be provided in-house.
